Your brand, producing content daily.

I convert the brand guidelines you already have into a content system your team runs inside Claude. One message becomes a set of on-brand assets in minutes, not days. Two to three weeks from kickoff to handover.

What you get.

A working content system, built from your brand and handed over to your team. Three things change.

Minutes, not days.

No brief, no queue, no waiting on approvals for everyday assets. A post, a flyer or a slide is ready to review the same hour it is asked for.

On brand, whoever makes it.

Every asset starts from your colours, fonts, layouts and rules. Quality stops depending on which person is at the keyboard.

Your team runs it.

The system lives in your Claude environment and your people operate it. Designers and agencies are kept for the work that needs them.

You leave with a Claude skill built from your brand, asset templates at real dimensions, example assets produced from your own content, a user manual and two training sessions. See the full scope

One message in. Six formats out.

This is what the system produces. The input is a line from one of my own LinkedIn posts. The outputs were produced from it using this website's design tokens, the same file that builds the page you are reading. No designer touched them.

The message

Cheap output. Expensive judgement. Clients still pay for expertise, decisions, trust and outcomes.

From a post about a founder talk in Adelaide, April 2026.

Nine files across six formats, produced in one session from that message. Reviewed once, corrected once, rendered at publishing size.

Most businesses already have ideas. They cannot produce content fast enough.

Your team knows what to say. The problem is what gets in the way before any of it is published.

  • Content takes too long.Every asset gets built from scratch, by hand, one at a time.
  • Branding drifts.Colours, fonts and layouts change depending on who is making the asset.
  • Designers become bottlenecks.Briefs queue up. Lead times stretch. Small assets cost agency rates.
  • Social media gets ignored.Posts planned for the week never make it out the door.
  • Marketing turns reactive.Activity happens when there is time, not when there is a plan.

So content never gets published consistently, while competitors keep showing up.

We build the system behind your content.

Your brand guidelines become a reusable workflow inside Claude. One message becomes a set of on-brand assets, generated together, ready for your team to review and publish.

Instead of

One asset at a time. Each post, flyer or slide is briefed, designed and reviewed individually. Volume stays low and publishing slows down.

You move to

One idea, many outputs. A single message becomes a set of on-brand assets, generated together, ready to review and publish.

What goes into the system

  • ColoursEvery value from your guidelines, with the contrast rules that keep text readable
  • TypographyYour families, weights and scale, so headings and body never drift
  • Logo and marksVariants, minimum sizes and clear space, applied the same way every time
  • Layout modulesHeadline blocks, quotes, callouts, image and caption, calls to action
  • Asset templatesPosts, carousels, flyers, slides and banners at their real dimensions
  • Rules and examplesWhat on brand means for you, and what the system must avoid

Your brand skill

A Claude skill your team runs. It carries the tokens, the templates and the rules, so every output starts on brand.

How it is built, in order

  1. Brand book to components. Your brand is rebuilt as a structured library: foundations, brand elements, layout modules and asset templates at real dimensions. Nothing is styled one off.
  2. Components to code. Tokens, modules and templates become HTML and CSS that Claude can read and apply the same way every time.
  3. Code to a Claude skill. The rules, references and examples are packaged as a skill inside your Claude environment, with a user manual for your team.
  4. Your team runs it. Two training sessions cover prompting, generating usable outputs, quality control and keeping the system current.

Across every channel your team needs to feed.

The system supports the asset types most businesses produce week to week, scoped around your priorities at kickoff.

Social media

LinkedIn posts and carousels, Instagram graphics, educational series, event announcements, quote posts and promotional graphics.

Marketing

Flyers, brochures, one-page service sheets, workshop outlines, event posters and programme summaries.

Sales

Proposal visuals, pitch deck slides, offer sheets, case study layouts and pricing pages.

Production

Batch-generated content, multi-post campaigns, one idea repurposed across channels, and consistent branded assets everywhere your team publishes.

Who this is for, and who it is not.

It works best for businesses that already have brand guidelines and a team that needs to produce more content than they can comfortably outsource.

A good fit when

  • You already have documented brand guidelines.
  • Your team publishes social posts, flyers, decks or sales assets regularly.
  • Content quality depends too much on who is making the asset.
  • You want more output internally without looking generic or off brand.

Not the right fit when

  • You do not have brand guidelines yet.
  • Your brand is being redesigned right now.
  • You need bespoke creative direction for every asset.
  • You expect fully automated publishing with no human review.

Built by someone who made the assets by hand first

Twenty years in marketing and business came before AI: websites, campaigns, brand systems and funnels. AI on its own gives you speed without taste. Generic layouts, random colours, weak hierarchy. The system takes the brand you already have and makes it easier for your team to use with quality and precision. This website, and every asset on this page, runs on a design system built the same way. More about Marina

The bar we hold ourselves to

A working system that produces real branded assets, demonstrated with your own content during setup. If it cannot generate usable outputs in your brand during that phase, you do not pay.

Not a theoretical workshop. Not a research deck about what AI could do. Not a future promise of branded outputs.

Questions, answered straight.

Do we need to use Claude already?

Yes. The system is designed to live inside your Claude environment. If your team is not using Claude yet, I can tell you what would be required before starting.

How long does the build take?

Two to three weeks from kickoff to handover. That includes the design system conversion, example asset production, one refinement round and the user manual for your team.

Will this replace our designer or agency?

No. It is not a replacement for high-level creative direction or bespoke design work. It helps your team produce everyday branded assets faster and more consistently.

What if our brand guidelines are outdated?

If the guidelines are outdated, incomplete or unclear, I will tell you during the review. Brand cleanup can be scoped separately before the system build starts.

What happens if the system does not produce usable assets?

Working branded outputs are demonstrated during setup using your real content. If the system cannot generate usable outputs in your brand during that phase, you do not pay.

Where does the review step sit?

With your team. The system produces the set. A person checks it before anything is published. That is the design, not a limitation.

Your brand already exists. Now it needs a system that can produce content consistently.
