From AI noise
to business clarity.

Marina Ritchie helps mid-market Australian leaders find the AI use cases worth building, prove them, then deliver them.

The Reality Check is a small, paid diagnostic. You leave with a shortlist of high-value use cases and a clear, honest recommendation.

Eight AI agents run the back office of Adelaide Hills Pantry.

The founder is freed to focus on relationships and growth. Delivery is consistently high quality. Everything is on track and feels under control.

Behind that outcome: 244+ events live on the calendar the agents maintain, a full site uplift in 48 hours, and five of the eight agents documented publicly with guardrails.

Most AI help stops where the real work starts.

Trainers teach AI in the abstract, then leave. Builders build what you ask for, whether or not it should be built. Neither sits with your team to work out which problems are worth solving. That step, finding and validating the use cases worth building, is the work Marina does.

One loop, from noise to results.

Every engagement runs the same discipline: discover, prioritise, act, measure. Inside it sits the Triple-A 90-day programme, ending at a decision gate that decides what goes into production.

Inside the loop: the Triple-A 90-day programme

  1. Days 1–30

    Awareness

AI literacy, a shared language and opportunity workshops, so people find use cases in their own work.

  2. Days 31–60

    Assessment

Each use case tested across business, people, technology and risk, so only the strongest go forward.

  3. Days 61–90

    Adoption

Validated use cases built as MVPs and tested in everyday work, with enablement running alongside.

After the 90 days: the decision gate

The programme ends with working MVPs and a mapped set of validated use cases. At the gate you decide what goes into production, and leave with a practice-grounded AI adoption roadmap.

The person behind the method.

Marina Ritchie is an AI strategist and systems builder in Adelaide, South Australia. She has spent twenty years helping organisations learn and adopt new ways of working, the last three of them all-in on AI. She takes projects from first idea through to systems people rely on, working directly with the owners who use them.

AI Business Mastery is her method: the discipline of finding, validating and delivering the AI use cases that move a business, rather than teaching tools in the abstract or building technology in search of a problem.

Behind the build sits a longer record: 40+ AI workshops delivered, 150+ use cases prioritised across six sectors, on 20 years in learning and adoption.

What clients say.

Your practical approach and ability to make AI feel both accessible and exciting has made a real impression on the team. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and there’s a real sense of momentum building as we begin applying what we’ve learned.

Rebecca Rodgers
Head of HR, Safety & Sustainability, Delta Agribusiness

ChatGPT and AI generally delivered as promised. Teams now work faster and produce better outcomes. Marina’s leadership gave us the confidence to move quickly and unlock real value across the business.

Alex Sinclair
Chief Strategy Officer, MBL

There was a mix of attitudes in the audience. Some early adopters, some with lots of curiosity and some resistant. She embraced all of us and made the session very practical. Each participant worked on their specific particulars in real time and gathered insights and takeaways for their own businesses.
